Shopping at Avondalemedia.com Add to Cart The shopping cart system we use is similar to the one you use in a grocery store. When you see a product you are interested in buying, simply click on "Add to Cart". View Cart Click "View Cart" at any time to view the contents of your shopping cart. You will see a listing of what is currently in your shopping cart and a sub-total of your purchases. You may change item quantities by placing a new number in the quantity box and clicking "Update Cart". You may remove an item by clicking in the remove box and clicking "Update Cart". Click "Empty My Cart" to remove all the items from your shopping cart. Click "Continue Checkout" to purchase the items in your shopping cart. Click on "Our Products" in the left menu to continue shopping. Promotions & Discounts You must sign in to avondalemedia.com to use a promotion or discount code with your order. Enter your promotion code along with your billing address during the checkout process. If you'd like to receive regular notice of our latest promotions and discounts, click "Join Our Mailing List" in the left menu to receive periodic emails. Checkout When you have finished browsing the store and are ready to make your purchase, click "View Cart" to go to your shopping cart. Click "Continue Checkout" to start the checkout process. You will be asked to sign in to avondalemedia.com. You can choose to bypass the sign in process by clicking "Continue Checkout". (Note: You must sign in to avondalemedia.com to use a promotion or discount code with your order.) You will then be asked to select a shipping method and select/enter your shipping address. Clicking "Continue Checkout" brings you to a page where you will select/enter your billing address and any promotion codes. Clicking "Continue Checkout" button brings you to the Order Conformation page where you review your billing and shipping addresses, the items on your order, and your order total including promotion codes, tax and shipping. If you need to change something on your order at this point, simply click on the "Back" button on your browser. Click "Continue Checkout" to proceed to the Payment Information page. Please fill in your credit card information. For your protection, we do not store any usable credit card information on our servers. (This is also true if you are a registered user of avondalemedia.com) Click "Place Order" to send the order for processing. Though we will email you a receipt, we recommend that you print this on screen receipt. Payments You may pay by credit card for orders placed at our online store. Avondale Media currently accepts VISA and MasterCard. At the time your order is placed, Avondale Media obtains a pre-approval from the credit card company for the amount of the order. Credit card billing occurs within 48 hours of your order ship date. See Backorders and Pre-Release Orders for information about items not available when your order is placed. Order Processing All in stock orders are processed and shipped within 5 to 7 business days. You will be notified via email when your merchandise has been shipped. Backorders and Pre-Release Orders If one or more items from your order are out of stock or in pre-release status, we will notify you via email. We do not charge your credit card until the item ships to you. We ship the in stock items immediately and then ship backordered items separately when they arrive at our warehouse.
