Use Expensive Photo Paper Wisely!
Use Photoshops Picture Package command under the File Menu: Automate command. It automatically lets you print the same photo several times on one sheet of paper, using the entire sheet efficiently.

View Many Images at Once
Have several files open, and want to see them all at once? Its easy to tell them all not to overlap. All you have to do is go to the Window Menu and choose Documents:Tile. All open files will now be viewable at once.

Save and Recall Palette Positions
Are you constantly opening, closing, and repositioning your palettes to adjust to the various types of projects you do? Use the new Save Workspace command under the Window Menu to save and recall as many saved palette position sets as you need.
In addition, you can use Photoshops Actions palette to save these choices as Actions. Now with a keyboard shortcut theyll instantly pop into position for you as needed.
Digital Weight Loss
You can remove that extra ten pounds the camera tends to add by doing a feathered lasso selection around the midriff of your subject, and running the Pinch Filter to compress the pixels into a smaller area. |

Two Gradients in One Mask
If you have ever put a gradient on a Mask, and then tried to include another coming from a different direction for a dual-fade effect, you have probably been disappointed as the second gradient obliterates away the first. Heres the trick: if you make the second gradient use transparency (usually instead of white) as one of the two foreground/background colors, youll find the two-gradient effect is now possible! This option is selectable in the Gradient Toolbar at the top of your screen when the Gradient tool is selected. |
